Our massage therapist, Ray Neil, is trained in therapeutic deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal, Swedish relaxation and Thai Yoga massage. In your integrated session, she will combine these approaches to customize a treatment for your particular needs. 90 and 60 minute massages allow enough time to address the whole body, while a 30 minute session will generally focus on one area of concern.
